We recently adopted a puppy and wanted somewhere we could take her a couple times a week or so, as she is still very energetic.  Canterbury Tails has been great for her to socialize with other dogs (playtime is done in groups based on size and energy levels).  She is a lot less wound up after a few hours at day care.  Their prices are very reasonable and they run specials on specific days too (Wacky Wednesday-a full day of day care at 1/2 day price).  The facility is very clean and many people we know also utilize the facility.  They did a great job with her bath, nails and ears too when grooming her.

We have utilized Canterbury Tails for our lab since they opened. They are great people and take super care of your pet. I have used another very well know kennel, and was very disappointed. I got back a smelly, lethargic pet. My dog can’t wait to go! If we say anything about going to “camp”, he is at the back door, tail wagging and wants to go now!. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a safe and clean place when your pet can’t be at home. He loves play time. We have boarded there for an extended vacation, used the facility for daycare and also for baths and grooming. We have never been let down! This is by far the best kennel in the Green Bay area.

Wow! All I can say is wow. The service here is absolutely AMAZING. We came in for a tour and then boarded our pooches three days later. The girl (Im am sorry I am terrible with names) was so excited to show us around, even when the women receptionist told us we came a half hour before closing (whoops). This kennel was extraordinarily clean, they clean they’re kennels in between dogs, and she assured me that dogs never go in dirty or use kennels. Not to mention, the dogs are hardly in they’re kennels! The all get plenty of run-around time! She told me that dogs go out around six times per day! My babies don’t even go out that much at home! Not one kennel had any trace of urine of fesses. and all of the dogs looked like they were ready to go to bed, after a hard day of playing! During our tour, the gal was happy to answer any of my questions and concerns. Congratulations Canterbury Tails Pet Care Center! You have completely impressed me! Would definitely recommend to at least tour this kennel. Best in Green Bay, I would say.

This was our first time using Canterbury Tails. Our puppy was boarded from Friday-Sunday, and I think it’s safe to say she had an absolute blast! Although extremely sweet and loving, she is a very high energy dog. Upon entering the facility, she was scared as she hasn’t had a lot of interaction with other dogs. When we picked her up today, they had groomed her and she looked absolutely soft and fluffy, and smelled amazing! We were told she was such a good dog, and played non stop…. Which we are grateful for. She has been lounging, and sleeping since she got home….hasn’t jumped on one person who has walked through our door today (that’s unheard of). We will be using Canterbury Tails again, even if it’s just for puppy day care and not boarding. Thank you for taking such good care of Lola!

Butler loves coming here! We have been taking him here for the last 3-4 years and he always comes home happy. He stayed overnight last weekend for 2 nights, and came home a happy happy boy. The piece of mind we get knowing he is in good hands when we go out of town is all we can ask for. See you soon!

Our pup loves coming here! We get into the lobby and he’s clawing at the door to get to the kennel by his friends! We have boarded Yukon multiple times Friday through Sunday and he knows when we grab his green bay where he’s going! He’s a high energy husky and everyone is always so great with him! Couldn’t ask for a better place to leave our fur baby!!

So I was looking for a place to get Willy groomed and Canterbury Tails Pet Resort came up and only five minutes away. So I go in and set up his appointment and I can tell they have doggy daycare— so I ask about it. they tell me the first day is FREE! So this morning I drop Iggy and Willy off and they were terrified… like I walked away and they tried chasing after me.. so on my break at work I was “that” dog parent who called to make sure they were okay. I was told they were doing great, they warmed up to the staff and other dogs, AND they were very well behaved. THEN when I actually get there to pick them up, they were super excited to see me but THEN someone walked in the door and Iggy ran right up to them!! She is a very anxious dog and is a Momma’s girl— she struggled with new people in the past! Doggy Day Care was a success!! Thank you to the staff who saw that the dogs and I were nervous at first and they made sure we were all comforted that everything was going to be okay!! Knowledgeable staff and owner. Inside play area visible from lobby. My dog(s) have been coming to Canterbury Tails for nearly 20 years for boarding and day care. Play time is staggered between smaller and larger dogs so that each group has a rest in between romping around, and seems like a better alternative than total play all day long, as is done by other dog day care facilities.
